My Experience
I have effectively worked in service of clients that range from entry-level managers to Fortune 500 executives. I bring practical, real-world experience to my consulting and coaching, with a style that is always friendly, encouraging and optimistic.
- Master's degree in education from Harvard University and a Ph.D. from Cornell University in Organizational Behavior/Adult Learning.
- More than 15 years of university level teaching and career advising experience, I am certified in all major leadership coaching assessments, with extensive experience in team and organizational development.
- More than 27 years of management consulting experience in major industries including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Finance, Government, Non-Profit, Technology, Education. Clients include IBM, Pfizer, M&T Bank, H.J. Heinz, Steelcase, NIST, United States Patent and Trademark Office and Lotus.
I began my career at Price Waterhouse (PwC) as a management consultant in their organizational change practice.
